When you submit a Request For Quotation (RFQ), you have the option to require bidding suppliers to electronically accept a non-disclosure agreement before viewing details of your requirements. You can even upload your own non-disclosure agreement from your control panel.

We have also added a feature that allows you to vet each supplier individually after they agree to your non-disclosure agreement. This allows you to double check who is viewing any sensitive information that belongs to your business.
